So haven't updated in so long but I've been so busy you won't even imagine, Actually for all those ib students maybe you could feel my emotional distress through this mini apologetic opening. And talking about the ib! The February mocks are coming up! Yay. Totally looking forward to those FUN two weeks of exams and cramming. But before I discuss about my stressful life of being and ib student, let's talk about valentines. Yes it's already that time of season! All the stores are stocking up on their pink-plastic wrapped chocolate goodies, ready to sell to all those girls and boys who are looking forward to celebrating the happy occasion with their friends, family and of course, their own bfs, while I'm stuck here, boyfriend-less (&happy) doing my mocks! Yes, one of the exam days are on valentines! So what's the big deal about valentines? It's about the battle between the girls!! Yes, in japan it's kinda like a custom for only girls to give chocolates and candy to the guy or people they like. And this marks the super-secret-battle-that-only-girls-know-about. Who makes (or buys) the best chocolates!
So today I'm just going to list the types of people and their chocolate :)
Firstly, the BUYER.
The one who always buys the gift wrapped goodies and says that they put a lot of effort, when in fact they probably just randomly forgot or got lazy to even hand make chocolates for you and instead bought chocolates from target that were probably made by child slaves :)
Next up is the COVER UP.
I know many of you are out there, don't cover it up because we can see all the evidence! Yes, I'm talking about the people who make one chocolate out of the buddle of goodies they give you. So there would be a tiny bag of sweets given to each person and the COVER UP would solely announce that she made the cookie (example) by herself, when it's just shoved together in a bag with other sweets bought from target covering the crumbling cookie.
The LEGIT COOKER.
Okay, so everyone, let's be honest here,... Who actually cooks or makes chocolate for valentines?? We'll if your one of those people who said yes then, we'll you're probably not in grade 12 or a senior yet? The person who actually makes the chocolates probably is the type of girl who does not want to lose their girl fight for love or attention, to other girls. Scaaaarryyy girl stuff going on there every year!
The criteria I made was so inaccurate and bad, but that's the way it looks from a girls perspective, so there you go!
Btw. How do seniors even have the time to make chocolates?! I want to know so if anyone knows tell meeeeee.
Need some sleep now night!
